摘要
研究了涂布法制备的FcCOOH/Nafion在LiClO4和甘氨酸底液中,00~08V(vs.SCE)电位范围内均可呈现FcCOOH的氧化还原峰。FcCOOH/Nafion聚合物薄膜修饰电极对水溶液中的多巴胺(DA)在pH20~40范围内均有良好的电催化作用。利用旋转圆盘电极进行了催化过程动力学分析,求出了催化反应动力学参数。修饰电极的稳定性和催化稳定性都较好,在DA的浓度为20×10-5~15×10-3mol/L的范围内,催化峰电流与DA的浓度呈良好的线性关系,有应用于分析DA的意义。
Electrochemical behavior of FcCOOH/Nafion chemically modified electrodes has been studied in an aqueous solution.When scanning between 0 0~0 8?V(vs.SCE),experiments indicate that the chemically modified electrode have good stability and reproducibility.It is found that the chemically modified electrodes have electrocatalytic activity to dopamine in the medium of 0.1?mol/L LiClO\-4 and 0.5?mol/L glycine.The linear range for determining DA is 2.0×10 -5 ~1 5×10 -3 ?mol/L and the correlation coefficient is 0.997.The apparent rate constant electrocatalytically is evaluated by means of rotating disk electrode.
