纤维支气管镜下气管、支气管异物取出术的临床应用效果分析

The Effect Analysis of the Clinical Application of Operation about Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Trachea and Bronchi under Foreign Matter

目的研究纤维支气管镜取气管、支气管异物的治疗效果。方法 2009年9月至2010年11月共收治25例气管、支气管异物患者,对其采用纤维支气管镜诊断和治疗(支纤镜组),并和高州市人民医院2008年1月到2009年8月30例行支气管镜下异物取出术患者(硬镜组)比较。结果纤维支气管镜气管、支气管异物症状均缓解,无其他不适反应,镜硬组少数患者出现其他症状。结论对气管、支气管异物患者应用纤维支气管镜下异物取出术治疗效果明显,对气管、支气管异物而言是一种较好的治疗方法。

Objective Of fiberoptic bronchoscope to take tracheobronchial foreign body in the treatment.Methods September 2009 to November 2010 were treated 25 cases of tracheobronchial foreign body patients,their use of diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy（fiber mirror support group）,and and the hospital in January 2008 to August 2009 of 30 Cases bronchoscopic foreign body from the line were（hard lens group）.Results Bronchoscopy the trachea,bronchus symptoms were alleviated,no other discomfort reaction,a small number of patients mirror the hard group of other symptoms.Conclusion Of the trachea,bronchial foreign bodies in patients with fiber bronchoscopic removal of foreign body in the treatment effect is obvious,on the trachea,bronchial foreign body is a part of good treatment.
