摘要
目的建立UV法测定氟罗沙星片中间体中氟罗沙星的含量。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法,在286nm的波长处测定。结果线性范围为2.03~6.08μg/mL,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.3%(n=9)。结论此法快速、准确,可作为生产工艺监控的有效方法。
Objective To establish a UV method to determine Fleroxacin in Fleroxacin Tablets.Methods Detection was done at wavelength 286nm.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 2.03~6.08μg/mL(r=0.9999).The average recoveries were 99.3%(n=9).Conclusion This proposed method appeared to be simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control the product quality and preparation process.
