浅谈急性颅脑损伤患者的临床麻醉

Clinical Anesthesia On the Acute Brain Injury Patients

目的探讨分析急性颅脑损伤患者的临床麻醉特点及麻醉处理方式。方法收集了近两年东莞市中堂医院42例急性颅脑损伤患者的急救处理、麻醉方式和麻醉管理进行回顾分析评定。结果 42例患者麻醉诱导平稳,手术期间无死亡病例,术后苏醒迅速,术后因颅脑损伤病情严重死亡5例,患者重残疾的是15例,轻度残疾的是12例,其余10例均痊愈出院,病死率为11.9%。结论合理的选择麻醉药物,对患者病情的评估,采取一定的脑保护措施,迅速的术前准备,控制好颅脑内的高压,是降低颅脑损伤患者手术麻醉风险的关键。

Objective To study the analysis of acute craniocerebral injury patients with clinical anesthesia characteristics and anesthesia handling.Methods We collected for almost two years cbma 42 cases of acute craniocerebral trauma patients of critical processing,anesthetic technique and anesthesia management analyzed retrospectively evaluated.Results 42 patients induction of general anesthesia during surgery smoothly,no deaths,postoperative revive rapidly,postoperative for craniocerebral injury in serious condition 5 cases died,patients heavy blemish is 15 cases,mild disability is in 12 cases,the remaining 10 cases,the mortality rate for 11.9% motality.Conclusion The reasonable selection of anesthetic drugs,suspensions in assessment,adopt a certain brain protection measures,the rapid preoperative preparation,good control of the high pressure within cerebral patients with craniocerebral injury is to reduce the risk of anesthesia during key.
