环形封闭联合喜疗妥对眼镜蛇咬伤局部组织损伤的疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation to Ring Closure Associate with Hirudoid Treatment of Local Tissue Damages by Cobra Snakebite

目的探讨环行封闭联合喜疗妥治疗眼镜蛇咬伤所致局部组织损伤的疗效评价。方法对106例眼镜蛇咬伤患者通过早期进行病情预测、血生化(肝、肾功能、凝血功能、心肌酶)检查,对咬伤局部伤口进行环行封闭治疗及对肿胀疼痛部位联合使用喜疗妥软膏。观察伤口愈合情况及平均住院时间,评价疗效等情况。结果所有病例在(4±1.2)d内伤口渗血、肿胀明显缓解,无过敏反应发生,无1例致残,无死亡病例,总有效率100%,平均住院时间较前缩短。结论环行封闭联合喜疗妥对眼镜蛇咬伤所致局部组织损伤具有较好的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the ring closure associate with Hirudoid treatment of local tissue damage by cobra snakebite in southern China.Methods 106 cases of cobra bite patients with the disease through early forecasting,blood biochemistry（liver,kidney function,blood coagulation,enzyme） check on the local bite wound treatment and closure of the loop area of swelling and pain in combination ointment Hirudoid Observation of wound healing,and the average length of stay,evaluated and so on.Results All cases（4±1.2） days,the wound bleeding,swelling relieved,no allergic reaction occurs,with no disability,no deaths total efficiency of 100% and the average length of stay shorter than before.Conclusion The ring closure associate with Hirudoid treatment of local tissue damage by cobra snakebite due to good effect.
