腰椎间盘突出症患者的康复护理

Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Care

目的探讨中西医结合护理对腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗的临床效果。方法总结140例腰椎间盘突出症患者非手术治疗的护理,包括生活、饮食、牵引的护理、针灸护理、功能锻炼等中西医结合护理。结果 140例患者中治愈115例,占82.1%;好转20例,占14.3%;无效5例,占3.6%。结论临床上常规的康复治疗配合康复护理能显著提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的整体功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the care of integrated traditional and western non-surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical effect.Methods 140 cases of lumbar disc herniation in the care of non-surgical treatment,including life,diet,traction care,acupuncture care,functional exercise care in integrative medicine.Results 140 patients,115 patients were cured,accounting for 82.1%;improved in 20 cases,14.3%;ineffective in 5 cases,3.6%.Conclusion The clinical rehabilitation therapy with conventional rehabilitation care can significantly improve the overall lumbar disc herniation in patients with functional recovery.
