摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法对四川甘孜州人民医院316例COPD康复期患者随机分成对照组和干预组(各158例);对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规康复指导基础上实施为期1年综合护理干预,实行10周关键探访并跟踪随访;1年后,从肺功能和生活质量两方面对两组患者进行效果评价。结果两组患者肺功能指标及生活质量评分分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效改善COPD患者的肺功能,提高患者的生活质量,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To study the comprehensive nursing intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patient lung function and quality of life for influence.Methods The data of 316 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into recovery period in control and interention group（each 158 cases）;the control group give regular rehabilitation guidance,intervention group based on conventional rehabilitation guidance in implementing a one-year comprehensive nursing intervention,execute 10 weeks visiting and key followed;1 years,from the lung function and quality of life of two groups of patients two aspects of evaluating.Results Two groups of patients pulmonary function index and the quality of life score were compared,are statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients with COPD pulmonary function,improve the patient＇s quality of life,and it has certain popular value.
