医院手术器械清洗效果监测与分析

The Monitoring and Analysis of the Cleaning Effect of Hospital Surgical Instruments

目的探讨不同清洗方法对手术器械的清洗效果,并寻求更有效的清洗方法。方法将内江市第二人民医院2010年1月至2011年2月临床使用过的420件各种手术器械根据种类分为观察组和对照组,每组210件,观察组采用多酶清洗剂浸泡后再进行机器清洗,对照组直接进行机器清洗,清洗后用杰力试纸对两组手术器械的清洗效果进行监测并予以对比分析。结果观察组210例手术器械经检测为阳性16例,明显少于对照组77例,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总阳性率为7.6%,对照组为36.7%,组间总阳性率比较差异显著,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术器械相同部位阳性率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同清洗方法对手术器械的清洗效果不尽相同,多酶清洗剂浸泡后再进行机器清洗的效果较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate different cleaning methods on cleaning surgical instruments,and to seek more effective cleaning methods.Methods The hospital from January 2010 to February 2011 had 420 clinical use of various surgical instruments and divided into two groups according to type of control group 210 in the observation group with multi-enzyme detergent and then soaked for washing machine,washing machine control directly after cleaning power strip with a kit of two groups of cleaning surgical instruments to monitor and be compared.Results The group of 210 patients tested positive for surgical instruments in 16 cases,77 cases significantly less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,observe the total positive rate was 7.6% in the control group was 36.7%,the total positive rate between the groups was significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant difference（P0.05）;two groups the same part of the positive rate of surgical instruments were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The different cleaning methods for cleaning surgical instruments are different,and then soaked in multi-enzyme detergent cleaning effect of cleaning the machine better,should be widely applied.
