社区干预对儿童生长发育的效果评价

Community Intervention on Child Growth and Development of the Evaluation

目的探讨社区干预对儿童生长发育的影响效果。方法选取2009年1月至2010年1月广州市越秀区内0岁组婴儿100例随机分为观察组(社区干预组)和对照组(非干预组)各50例,随访观察18个月,比较两组婴幼儿的生长发育情况。结果①观察组较对照组婴幼儿各能区功能改善明显(P<0.01),对照组婴幼儿除语言行为外其他各区功能均较干预前改善明显(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。②观察组与对照组婴幼儿发展商数(DQ)均呈现逐渐增长趋势,但观察组婴幼儿增长明显快于对照组(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论对婴幼儿施行早期社区干预可以显著提高其生长发育水平,值得社区推广应用。

Objective To evaluate community intervention on children＇s growth and development results.Methods Select January 2006 to May 2008 Guangzhouyuexiu district in the community aged 0 to 1 100 cases of infants were randomly divided into two groups（community intervention group） and control group（non-intervention group） of the 50 cases,18 months follow-up study group to compare the two group of the baby＇s growth and development.Results ①Infant observation group than in the control group significantly improved the function of the energy region（P0.01）,the control group infants than in other districts outside the function of language behavior than before intervention to improve significantly（P0.01）,with statistical significance.②The observation group and control group infants developmental quotient（DQ） showed a gradually increasing trend,but the observation group was significantly faster growth in infants in the control group（P0.01）,with statistical significance.Conclusion The effect of early infant community intervention can significantly improve the growth and development,worthy of clinical application.
