THE EFFECT OF AUSTEMPERING FACTORS ON BEHAVIOR AND CONSTITUTION OF CARBON STEEL BAINITE

本文根据作者对 ４０、６０、 Ｔ８、 Ｔ１０ 和 Ｔ１２ 钢试样等温淬火试验研究的已有结果，进一步研究了在最佳等温温度等温不同时间后的组织，并对试样进行了拉伸试验．结果表明，等温温度和等温时间是影响性能的最主要因素．不同的等温时间会得到不同的组织和性能．根据实验确定了在最佳等温温度淬火条件下的最佳等温时间，并将其绘制成曲线．

Based on the results of austempering of carbon steels such as 40,60,T8,T10 and T12,obtained by the authors previously,further studies are made on constitution after austempering for different lengths of time at the best isothermal temperature.Tensile strength test is done on the sample.Results show that the isothermal temperature and the isothermal time length are the main factors that affect the behavior most.Different isothermal time lengths will bring about different constitutions and behaviors.In the light of tests,the best isothermal time length under the best austempering condition is determined and the time temperature curve is drawn.It can be used for reference in the austempering of carbon steel in industiral production.
