教师参与课程发展:问题与对策 被引量:2

摘要 本文在对教师参与课程发展的实际情况进行调查的基础上发现,当前教师们参与课程发展的意愿不强,能力不足,对于课程发展缺乏专业关切。通过制定课程法规、提供专业支持等方法为教师赋权增能是促进教师积极参与课程发展的基本路径。
