摘要
近几年发展起来的虚拟制造技术成为设计制造领域研究的热点,它对制造过程中的设计、加工、测量、装配和检验等提出了新的要求由于坐标测量机是制造系统的重要组成部分,为了满足虚拟制造系统的要求,说明了虚拟现实环境中坐标测量机动态图形建模与仿真的必要性,并介绍了利用三维图形开发语言OpenGL进行几何建模与现有其它几何建模方法的统一性和差别,以及用Open在虚拟环境中进行坐标测量机动态图形建模的方法和过程,最后提出了虚拟环境中坐标测量机仿真运行的硬件环境,虽然提出的方法是在坐标测量机机械结构及其层次模型的基础上研究的,但是该方法具有一定的普遍性,即可适用于其它类型机械结构的动态图形建模,动态图形建模是虚拟现实系统运行的基础。
The virtual manufacturing technology developed in recent yeare has been the hot topic studied in the field of design and manufaturing, whcih raises new demands for design, machining, measurement, assembly and inspection, etc. in the process of manufacturing. Since CMM is an important part of manufaturing system, to meet the need of virtual manufacturing system, the necessity of dynamic graphics modeling and simulating of coordinate measuring machines(CMMs) in virtual environments, secondly intnduces the identity and difference between modeling methods with the 3D graphics developing language - OpenGL and other geometry modeling software, as well as the approach for dynamic graphics modeling of CMMs in virtual envirorments, and finally presents the hardware environments of CMMs' simulating and running in virtual environments. Although the method supplied in this article is studied on the basis of mechanism and hierarchical model of CMM, it can be used in other field of dynamic graphics modeling which has the similar mechanism. Generally, dynamic graphics modeling lays the foundation for virtual reality system.
