经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(pereutaneous vertebro-plasty,PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法应用PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折31例(37个椎体)。结果 31例穿刺均成功。有7例发生骨水泥渗漏,但均无临床症状,无严重并发症。VAS评分:术前为6·4~9·3(8·3±1·4)分,术后1d为1·1~3·3(1·7±0·9)分,术后6个月为1·3~3·5(1·9±1·0)分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0·01),术后比较无统计学意义。结论 PVP手术操作简单、安全,能有效缓解老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折引起的疼痛,疗效较满意。 Objective To assess the clinical outcomes of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods 31 patients with OVCF undergoing PVP were reviewed.Results The puncture was succeeded in 31 patients(37 vertebrae).7 cases got bone cement leakages,but did not get clinical symptom.No severe complication was found.The visual analog scale(VAS)improved from a mean preoperative score of 6.4-9.3(8.3±1.4)to a mean postoperative score of 1.1-3.3(1.7±0.9)and 1.3-3.5(1.9±1.0)after 1day and 61 months respectively(P0.01).Conclusion PVP provides significant relief in a high percentage of patients with refractory pain.PVP is a safe and feasible treatment for old patients with OVCF.
