摘要
目的分析探讨心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的临床疗效。方法收集2008年1月~2010年12月期间笔者所在医院入住的COPD患者共100例,按随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组常规护理的基础上加以心理护理,护理后对两组心理状况及疗效进行分析比较。结果试验组SDS、SAS评分较对照组显著降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0·05）;试验组在活动能力、日常生活、健康感觉及生活认识等方面均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0·05）。结论 心理护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中起到积极的作用,能显著改善患者心理状况,提高患者生活质量和治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the psychological care in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the clinical efficacy of patient care.Methods From January 2008 to December 2010 period in patients with COPD admitted in our hospital a total of 100 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group,50 patients in the control group received routine care,the experimental group in the control group on the basis of routine care to mental care,nursing and psychological after effects of the two groups were compared.Results SDS,SAS scores were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;the experimental group activity,daily life,health,feeling and understanding of other aspects of life were significantly better than the control group,the difference statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The psychological care in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease play an active role in care,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and treatment,worthy of clinical application.
