摘要
目的观察莫沙必利联合黛力新对老年人功能性消化不良的疗效。方法选取近四年来笔者所在医院158例老年人功能性消化不良患者,随机分为两组。治疗组采用莫沙必利、黛力新联合治疗;对照组采用莫沙必利治疗。结果治疗组患者治愈率达43·91%,总有效率达75·91%,分别优于对照组的21·05%和48·17%(P<0·05)。结论 莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗老年人功能性消化不良有良好疗效。
Objective To view the clinical effect of mosapride combined with deanxit in treating the elderly with functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods Select the last four years 158 cases of elderly hospital patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group：mosapride treatment combined with deanxit;the control group： treated with mosapride.Results Cure rate in patients treated with 43.91 percent,the total effective rate was 75.91%, respectively,than the control group,21.05% and 48.17%（P0.05）.Conclusion Mosapride combined with deanxit in treating the elderly with functional dyspepsia have a good effect.
