摘要
根据薄板大挠度理论,建立了突跳式双金属碟片的温度-突跳理论模型,得出了临界突跳条件和突跳温度,给出了双金属碟片上温度-应力分布的表达式.并根据此理论,利用计算机进行了数据模拟,从其数据结果上,可以观察出突跳过程从而解决了双金属圆形碟片设计的关键问题.
According to the theory of thin elastic shells, the model of bimetal disk temperature - snap action is given out carefully, and snap action condition and temperature is deduced. The relation between the stress and temperatare is expressed. The simulation of snap action by computer is done, accoring to the theory. From the simulation result, the snap - action can be found clearly. It is crucial to design the temperature switches of bimetal disk.
