屋尘螨变应原结膜激发试验对特异性免疫治疗效果的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of the Treatment of House Dust Mite Allergen with Conjunctival Provocation Test to Specific Immune

目的:CPT在幼儿过敏性鼻炎和哮喘治疗过程中,其操作简便,不适感轻微,容易为儿童所接受。本研究旨在评估CPT在呼吸道过敏性疾病诊断中的适宜性。方法:对使用螨过敏原提取液脱敏治疗的患儿检测CPT,进行血清特异性SIgE、SPT及BPT检测。结果:CPT在过敏性鼻炎及哮喘的诊断中优于血清特异性SIgE、SPT及BPT检测,并且具有较高的敏感性、特异性和有效性。结论:CPT具有较高的特异性及敏感性,在临床诊断中具有十分重要的指导性价值。

Objective：CPT is simple,and with mild discomfort,and easy for children with allergic rhinitis and asthma.The study is to evaluate the diagnostic suitability of CPT in respiratory allergic diseases.Method：Did CPT test to the children using mite allergen extract desensitization therapy,and took serum specific SIgE,SPT and BPT test.Result：CPT in allergic rhinitis and asthma diagnosis was better than serum specific SIgE,SPT and BPT test,which had a high sensitivity,specificity and effectiveness.Conclusion：CPT has a high specificity and sensitivity,and has a very important guiding value in the clinical diagnosis.
