多层螺旋CT在腹部闭合性外伤中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Multislice CT on Abdomen Closed External Injury

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在腹部闭合性外伤中的诊断价值。方法:将在我院诊疗的30例腹部外伤患者实施多层螺旋CT扫描,总结其影像特征及诊断价值。结果:本组30例腹部闭合性外伤患者均经多层螺旋CT扫描证实,其中单纯脾脏损伤3例,单纯肝脏损伤4例,单纯肾脏损伤4例,单纯胰腺损伤5例,外伤性膈疝3例,肠管肠系膜损伤3例,多脏器复合性损伤8例。其中保守治疗13例,手术治疗17例,均获得临床治愈。结论:多层螺旋CT在腹部闭合性外伤中的诊断价值较大,值得应用。

Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice CT on abdomen closed injury. Method： The 30 cases with abdomen closed injury were received the scanning of multislice CT, and the image characteristic and diagnostic value were summarized. Result： The 30 cases with abdomen closed injury were all certified by multislice CT. And there were 3 cases with simple spleen injury, 4 cases with simple liver injury,4 cases with simple kidney injury,5 cases with simple pancreatic injury,3 cases with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia, 3 cases with intestinal canal and mesentery injury, 8 cases with multiple organs complex injury. And there were 13 cases received the expectant treatment and 17 cases with operation, and all of them were healing clinically. Conclusion： The diagnostic value of multislice CT on abdomen closed injury is obvious, so they are worth being used.
