摘要
目的:探讨社区糖尿病规范化管理的方法与效果。方法:对200例社区糖尿病患者进行规范化管理,分别于建档时、建档后6个月、12个月、18个月、24个月进行空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压等的检测,并统计管理前后的达标人数及达标率,进行比较。结果:患者于建档时多项指标达标率均在20%上下,在建档后6、12、18、24个月的达标率逐渐上升,在研究结束时各项指标的达标率有不同程度的升高,均超过50%,数据经统计学比较与建档时有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:社区糖尿病规范化管理可以提高社区糖尿病的血糖达标率,降低糖尿病并发症。
Objective： To discuss the standardized management methods of diabetes in community. Method： We managed 200 diabetes patients in community with standardized methods, then checked the indicators including FBG/2h-BG, HbAlc, S/D, BMI, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C before and after 6, 12, 18, 24 months. Result： The compliance rate of patients＇ indicators were about 20% before cases estab- lished. And the data dicators increased in gradually increased after 6, 12, 18, 24 months the patients＇ cases established. The in- varying degrees after 24 months, and which were higher than 50%. Comparison of data were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It has important role of the standardized management methods for diabetes in community.
