鼻内镜下行慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术治疗分析

The Analysis of Endoscopic Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的:探讨鼻内镜下行慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术治疗疗效。方法:将我院2004年至2009年收治的120例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者随机均分为两组,对照组60例行传统手术治疗,研究组60例行鼻内镜手术治疗,统计分析两组患者手术疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率61.6%;研究组治疗总有效率96.7%,经统计学分析处理X2=22.28,P<0.01,两组差异比较显著,有统计学意义。结论:鼻内窥镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的有效方法,术前、术中及术后正确处理可显著提高手术疗效。

Objective：To discuss the therapy of endoscopic surgery of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Method：We divided 120 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 randomly into two groups,60 cases in control group,They were given conventional surgical treatment,the study group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,Then analyzed statistically the two groups of patients with surgery.Result：The total effective rate was 61.6%,96.7% in the control group and study group,by statistical analysis and processing,X2=22.28,P〈0.01,There’s significant difference.Conclusion：Endoscopic surgery is an effective method for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps,Preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative treatment can significantly improve the correct surgery.
