经尿道同期治疗前列腺增生并发膀胱结石20例

The Treatment of 20 Cases Benign Prostate Hyperplasia and Bladder Calculi(BPH-BC)by Transurethral Resection

目的:探讨经尿道同期治疗前列腺增生并发膀胱结石的疗效。方法:经尿道前列腺电切术结合气压弹道碎石,同期治疗前列腺增生并发膀胱结石20例,评价20例患者术前和术后3个月IP-SS、QOL、PVR、Qmax及B超检查。结果:所有患者均1次治疗成功,无膀胱穿孔等并发症,术后随访3个月,IPSS、QOL、PVR、Qmax与术前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且全部患者排尿功能恢复正常。结论:经尿道电切术结合气压弹道碎石治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石是一种安全高效的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia and bladder calculi（BPH-BC）by transurethral resection.Method：Transurethral resection of prostate combined with pneumatic lithotripsy treated 20 cases with BPH-BC and evaluated the IPSS,QOL,PVR,Qmax and B-ultrasound before and after 3 months of the surgery.Result：All patients were cured successfully.There was no bladder perforation and other complications,followed up for 3 months,the differences in IPSS,QOL,PVR and Qmax had statistically significant before and after the surgery,P〈0.05.The urinary function of all patients recovered normal after the surgery.Conclusion：The transurethral resection combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of BPH-BC is a safe and effective method.
