摘要
目的:分析探讨护理层级管理在门急诊护理中的应用,评价其应用效果。方法:对我院门急诊部门全部护士按照实施护士长-责任护士-辅助护士-助理护士进行层级管理,为患者提供有效的护理服务。在门急诊实施护理层级管理前后对护理质量及满意度等指标进行比较分析。结果:护理层级管理实施前后其护理措施落实良好率、基础护理落实良好率、护理差错率、患者满意度及医生满意度等经卡方检验,P<0.01或P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:护理层级管理优化了门急诊护理管理的效果,能充分利用现有的护理人力资源,激发了各级护理人员的潜能及工作的积极性,改善了护理服务质量,提高了医生和患者的满意度,值得在门急诊护理管理中应用推广。
Objective:To investigate the application of level management in the outpatient and emergency nursing care,and evaluate the effect.Method:All nurses in the emergency department courtyard in accordance with the implementation of nurse-the responsibility of nurses-auxiliary nurse-nurse assistant level management,continuous scheduling approach to provide patients with effective care.Care in the emergency department at the level of management before and after the implementation of quality of care and satisfaction and other indicators were compared.Result:The level of management of nursing care measures before and after the implementation of its good rate,good rate of implementation of basic nursing,nursing error rate,patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction by chi-square test,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05,differences were statistically significance.Conclusion:Nursing-level management optimizes the effect of outpatient and emergency care management,care and full use of existing human resources,has stimulated the work of the nurses of the potential and enthusiasm to improve the quality of nursing service,it is worth the outpatient and emergency care management application and promotion.
