7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素的合成研究

Study on Synthesis of 7-Hydroxy-4-Methyl Coumarin

以间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,有机酸和固体超强酸作为催化剂,合成了7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素。实验结果表明:间苯二酚、乙酰乙酸乙酯物质的量比为1∶1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为1.5%(物质的量百分比),85℃下反应2 h,产率较高为85.1%。

The synthesis of 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin was studied with hydroxyphenol and acetylacetic ether in the presence of organic acid and solid superacid catalyst.The experimental results showed that： the amount of substance of hydroxyphenol and acetylacetic ether is 1∶1,paratoluenesulfonic acid is 1.5%（molar percentage）,reaction temperature is 85℃,reaction time is 2 h,yield is 85.1%.
