摘要
分析了我国临床医学专业教育面临着新的情况,即人文素质教育总体水平有所下降,医学知识传授和临床技能培养质量受到教育资源适应性短缺的影响,医药卫生体制深化改革对医学专业人才服务重点和培养目标提出了新的要求,医学教育标准制定实施为临床医学专业人才培养提供了权威指导;提出了培养体系的优化路径,既要优化培养目标、培养方案、教学模式和方向设置,又要强化人文素质教育、基础实验教学、临床技能培养、师资队伍与依托学科建设;总结了南华大学临床医学专业优化改革的初步成效。
This paper analyzes the new situation faced by clinical medical education, which includes the declined overall level of humanities quality education and the effects of inadequate education resources on medical knowledge teaching and quality of clinical skills training. The deepening reform of medical care system poses new requirements for service focus and the target of medical talents training. Meanwhile the implementation of medical education standards provides authoritative guidance for clinical medical talent training. It also puts forward the route to optimize the training system, which includes not only optimizing training target, training program as well as teaching mode and direction settings, but also emphasizing humanities quality education, basic experiment teaching, clinical skills training, teaching staff and subject construction. It summarizes the preliminary results of optimizing reform of clinical medical specialty in Nanhua University.
