对中西医结合教育的思考

On the Education of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

中西医结合医学是我国独创的一门新兴的独立学科。中西医结合学科综合中西医两者之长,充分吸收利用现代科学和中西医药研究的新成果,在近50年来取得了历史性的进步和举世瞩目的成就。但是,目前中西医结合教育、培养及普及尚不完善。医学模式的转变及医学发展本身都对中西医结合医学提出了客观要求。因此,必要认识中西医结合教育的重要性及目前中西医结合教育存在的问题,找寻培养中西医结合人才的重要新途径,推动中西医结合教育从探索阶段逐步发展向成熟和规范化。中西医结合教育只有在不断的继承和创新中前进。

Integrated TCM＆ Western Medicine is a newly independent discipline unique to China. It fully absorbs both the latest achievements of modern science and research on Chinese and Western medicine. The recent 50 years have seen historic progress and achievements. However, education, training and popularity of Integrated TCM＆ Western Medicine are not yet perfect. The transformation of the medical model and the development of Western medicine all pose objective requirements for this discipline. Therefore, we need to recognize the importance and problems of Integrated TCM＆ Western Medicine education, look for new ways of cultivating talents in this field, and promote the education to be mature and standardized. Only by this way can Integrated TCM＆ Western Medicine education progress in constant inheritance and innovation.
