摘要
新药评价是需要多学科相互关联、多部门协作才能完成的复杂的系统工程,对学生创造性思维和综合实践能力的培养有重要的教育性意义。新药评价教学一贯坚持"以人为本,学生第一"的理念,重视青年教师创新教育能力的培养,强化课程的综合性、设计性和创新性,强调学生医学科研道德的培养,建立了一套以创新能力为主体的考核评价体系,实现了教学与科研的有机结合,在教学中构建了一套以能力培养为主线的教学新体系,使新药研究与评价教学水平得到进一步的提高。
New drug evaluation is a complicated systematic project requiring connection and cooperation of many subjects and departments, and has educational significance in cultivating students' creative thinking and comprehensive practice capability. New drug evaluation teaching is based on the conception of "People-oriented and Student First". More concern has been attached to cultivating young teachers' innovative education capability; reinforcing comprehensiveness, designing and creativeness potentials of the course; and emphasizing cultivation of students' medical research ethics. An examination and evaluation system has been established to integrate teaching and research. A new teaching system highlighting capability cultivation has also been constructed to improve the teaching quality of new drug research and evaluation.
