摘要
临床进修一直是继续医学教育的重要途径。在新医学模式下,消化病学取得了重要进展,消化专科进修教学亦呈现出新的特点。探讨如何针对这些新特点,改进消化专科进修医师临床技能培训方法,提高培训质量,对培养新医学模式下高素质消化专科医师具有重要的意义。本文结合本单位实践经验,进行总结,与同行交流探讨。
The clinical advanced study has been an important path of continuing medical education. Under the new medical model, much important progress has been made in gastroenterology and some new features are shown in clinical advanced study teaching. Improving the methods of clinical skill training and the training quality is of great significance for training advanced specialists of gastroenterology under the new medical model. This paper summarizes our experience in clinical advanced study teaching of gastroenterology.
