摘要
通过对民族地区民族学生教学特点的分析,探讨提高民族学生临床教学质量的方法,提倡教学改革,优化教学方法,提出只有结合实际情况,树立科学的教学理念,综合运用多种教学手段,加强教学质量监控体系,提高教师队伍的整体素质和教学水平以及加强学生管理,才是提高教学质量的有效途径。
Through the analysis of teaching characteristics of nationality students in Xinjiang, this article discusses some methods for improving the clinical teaching quality of nationality students. It points out that only by encouraging teaching reform, optimizing teaching method, combining with the actuality, building up a scientific educational idea, arranging different teaching means on different kinds of students, enhancing the quality and capability of the whole teaching staff, and strengthening student management can the teaching quality be upgraded.
