摘要
生物可降解高分子材料的研究是生物医用高分子研究中最活跃的领域之一，已广泛用于外科手术缝合线，植入体材料及药物释放载体等。本文综述了生物可降解高分子材料的生物相容性要求，影响降解因素及在医学领域的应用。
Biodegradable materials is one of the most attractive fields in biomedical polymers.Biodegradable polymers are useful for various clinical aspects, including surgical suture, surgical implants, and controlled drug release in drug delivery systems.The gradual shift from biostable prostheses to degradable temporary implants represents one of the most significant trends in biomaterial research. New developments about the biomedical application of biodegradable polymers were reviewed in this paper.
