摘要
目的:建立飞龙掌血中氯化两面针碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%三乙胺(磷酸调PH值3)(28﹕72),检测波长为273nm,流速为1.0ml·ml-1。结果:氯化两面针碱的线性范围为0.04~4.30μg(r=0.9998);浓度范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.88%,RSD=1.10%(n=9)。结论:所建方法简单、快速、准确,可用于飞龙掌血的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of nitidine chloride in Toddalia Asiatica. Method:The separation was performed on Phenomenex Gemini C18 柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) columm with detection wave length of 273 nm. The mobile phase was mixture of acetonitrile and 1% triethylamine(adjusted to a PH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(28﹕72) with flow rate of 1.0 ml·ml-1.Result:The linear ranges of nitidine chloride were at 0.04~4.29μg(r=0.9998) ,the average recoveries(n=9) were 99.88%(RSD=1.10%) 。Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of nitidine chloride in Toddalia Asiatica.
