胰岛素无创给药系统研究进展

摘要 为了取代传统的胰岛素注射剂型,研究设计了不同方法用于克服胃肠道吸收和透皮吸收的内在屏障。过去十年中,大量研究致力于避免对胰岛素多次皮下注射的长期依赖性,改善胰岛素的药物代谢动力学性质。本文综述了胰岛素无创给药系统的发展现状。
