摘要
选取晋豆19号、晋大53号和晋大74号3个大豆品种种子为试材,在高温((45±1)℃)、高湿(100%相对湿度)、密闭条件下,对大豆种子进行老化处理;再对老化种子用10%,20%和30%PEG进行引发处理;然后对各处理种子的发芽指标、种子活力的变化进行了研究。结果表明,随着老化处理时间的延长,3个大豆品种种子测试的4项发芽指标都呈现出逐渐降低的趋势;种子活力先下降而后又逐渐上升。不同浓度PEG引发3个品种种子后,提高了种子活力,增强了种子抗性;但10%PEG引发效果不是很好;而用20%,30%PEG引发后,当老化程度不是很严重时,可显著提高大豆种子的多项发芽及活力指标,有效提高大豆种子的抗老化能力;同时20%PEG对晋大53号种子的引发效应较好,而30%PEG可能更有利于对晋豆19号和晋大74号种子的引发。
Variation with seed germination index and seed vigor of three soybean varieties Jindou 19,Jinda 53 and Jinda 74 were studied through the approach of artificial acceleration of aging under the air tight condition of high temperature((45±1)℃) and high humidity(100% relative humidity),then the aging seed were treated in 10%,20% and 30%PEG.The results showed that germination index of the three soybean varieties gradually decreased with extension of aging treatment time,the seed vigor of the three varieties showed a variation trend of decreasing firstly,then increased with the prolonged aging process.After priming treatments with different concentrations PEG,the seed vigor of the three soybean varieties were raised and seed resistance were enhanced.But it was found that the priming effect was not so good with the 10% PEG;and the abilities to aging resistance of the three soybeans were enhanced with 20% and 30% PEG when the degree of aging wasn't severe.At the mean time,it was noticed that the priming effect of the seed of Jinda 53 did very well with 30% PEG,while the priming effect benefited from the seed of Jindou19 and Jinda 74 with 20% PEG.
