摘要
农业技术推广不适应新时期成果转化推广的需要,已经成为制约科技发展的瓶颈,必须彻底打破瓶颈,与时俱进,采取新的措施,把推广工作做好,引导农民致富奔小康,实现农村经济又快又好的良性发展。
The agricultural technology promotion fails to meet the needs for the research result transformation at new times.It already became bottleneck to hinder technological progress,so it must be thoroughly settled and new measures be taken to keep pace with the times to fulfill the promoted work,to guide the farmer to become rich,and to accelerate the rural economy quick and positive growth.
