New opportunities in challenges of China paper industry in 12th Five Years Plan

自从中华民族发明了造纸术,就为人类文明提供了记录和传承载体,推动人类文明进程。但与以往任何时期相比,我国纸业目前所处的背景非常特别。借用英国著名作家狄更斯《双城记》开篇的一段话说:"这是最好的时代,这是最差的时代;这是智慧的年头,这是愚昧的年头;这是信仰的时期,这是怀疑的时期;这是光明的季节,这是黑暗的季节;这是希望的春天,这是失望的冬天;有些人在直奔天堂,有些人在直奔地狱。"用这段话来形容目前中国造纸业是再恰当不过。面对市场需求的持续扩大与升级;面对高浆价的压力加大;面对国家产业政策的调整,而由此造成先进产能迅速填补市场空缺,行业集中度大幅提高……

During the period of 12th Five Years Plan,China paper industry will step into the phase of comprehensive industrial structure adjustment.On one hand,there is still room for growth for all kinds of paper grades,but the unceasingly expandation of production scale will make part of paper grades under the pressure of oversupply from 2011 to 2012;industry integration and structure upgrade will be main development line of the future paper industry,and the primary focus of 2011 China paper industry are the new capacity and backward production capacity that need to be eliminated.On the other hand,the environmental policy of energy saving and discharge reducing will speed up the elimination of backward production capacity to optimize industrial structure,clean up the market and promote the upgrade of products.In all,China paper industry will face numerous challenges and challenges of inside and outside in the period of 12th Five Years Plan.
