Recently,Guideli ne Catalogue for Industrial Restructuring of 2011 edition has been formally issued by the nation,in which the construction of one pulp production line with a capacity of above 100 thousand tons by adopting clean technology and using non-wood fibers as raw materials has been put into encouragement catalogue.This means the process for clean pulping with straw stalk fiber materials has been approved formally by the nation.
