摘要 针对稀释水横幅定量控制系统的数据通信,基于过程控制的对象链接与嵌入(OPC)技术实现了一个OPC客户端程序。该客户端利用VB开发基于OPC自动化接口的OPC通信程序部分,实现了与OPC服务器的通信;开发基于RS485的串口通信程序部分,实现了与智能执行器的串行通信。利用该OPC客户端可实现与横幅定量系统、稀释水调节装置之间现场数据的采集与控制数据的发送,最终实现纸页的横幅定量检测与控制。以工程实践为基础,介绍稀释水横幅定量控制系统的组成结构、OPC数据访问规范,详细阐述了实现该系统数据通信的具体方案。 An OPC client application program was realized in this paper,which was based on the technology of object linking and embedding(OPC),in view of data communication of the dilution water cross direction(CD) basis weight control system.Based on the OPC automation interface,an OPC communication program was designed to realize the communication between the OPC client and OPC server by using Visual Basic.A serial communication program was designed to realize the communication between the OPC client and the actuator of the dilution water control device via RS485.The client can be used as the tool for receiving device data from the CD basis weight control system and sending the data to the dilution water control device to achieve the CD basis weight detection and control.Based on engineering practice,the structure of dilution water CD basis weight controlling system and the OPC data access specification were introduced.At last,a specific solution for the communication was illustrated in detail.
