摘要
本文通过对甘肃农村17所中学和小学总共827名教师的调查发现,教师对所参加的教师培训的满意度不高,主要有培训机会与培训时间、培训内容以及培训方式等因素的影响。在实证调查的基础上,文章从教师专业成长的角度,针对性地提出了建议。
