数控机床在机测量仿真技术是质量保证系统的重要组成部分，本文重点介绍利用ＶＣ实现测量程序的识别、测头路径数据处理，利用目前流行的ＯｐｅｎＧＬ图形库开发了三维动画软件，解决了普通ＮＣ软件无法实现的Ｇ３１指今等仿真问题，有利于测量路径的优化和运动干涉校验，提高测量可靠性．文章中通过两国孔的中心距测量实例进行了实际仿真．

Simulation Technology of Online Measuring in NC is importal pat of Quality Guarantee System, this paper introduced the indentifing of the measuring process by VC, and described data processing ofthe path of measuring point. The 3D action software was achieved by OpenGL, this result in solving the problemof simulation of instrUction of G31 which couldn't be account for by common NC software. This is favorableto optimizing the measuring path and the checking out of interference, and improve the measuring credibility.This paper give a example of measuring the distance between two center.
