端活性有机硅的合成及其嵌段水溶性聚氨酯的研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过二氯二甲基硅烷与二缩三乙二醇或聚乙二醇反应,制备了两种端活性有机硅齐聚物,讨论了反应所得预聚物的结构.利用所合成的端羟基有机硅及聚乙二醇、聚氧化丙烯酸与异氰酸酯反应,合成了一系列有机硅嵌段的聚氨酯,初步考察了其水溶或水乳液的耐酸碱性,浊点;粘度等基本性质,主要讨论了其水溶性、粘度与分子结构之间的关系. Two kinds of difunctional polysiloxane oligomers are prepared by the polycondensation between dimethyldichlorosilane and triethylene-glycol or polyethylene glycol. The structure and compositionsof the prepared oligomers are discussed. A series ofpolysiloxane-urethane block copolymers are synthesizedusing difunctional hydroxyl polysiloxane oligomef, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, toluene diisocyanate as reactive materials. The water-soluble basic properties of the samples are determined or observedsuch as acid or alkali-resiStal property, cloud point, viscosity. The relations between their water-solubilityor viscosity and polysiloxane block copolymer chain stnctures are primarily discussed.
