复合掺杂CeO_2基电解质性能与烧结温度关系 被引量:5

The Relationship Between Properties and Sintering Temperance of Complex Stabilized Ceria-based Electrolyte

摘要 实验发现,用复合掺杂法可以有效地降低CeO2基电解质的烧结温度.用Sm2O3和Gd2O3共同掺杂时,可以使CeO2基电解质的烧结温度从1600℃左右降低到1400—1450℃.复合掺杂的CeO2基电解质电导率随着烧结温度的提高而下降,这可能是由于晶间玻璃相的增多和新相的出现造成的;X射线衍射分析发现,对1400—1550℃烧结的样品,Sm2O3和Gd2O3固溶较好,但对1600℃烧结的样品,可见新相生成,同时伴随着晶格常数减小. Ceria-based electrolyte complex stabilized with Sm2O3 and Gd2O5 can be sintered at 1400 ℃1450 ℃ and its electrical conductivity is as high as 7 S· m-1 at 800 ℃. The electrical conductivity decreases with the increasing ofsintering tempefature. It may be ascribed to the increasing ofintergranular glass phase and the presence of new phase. It is found from X-ray diffraction that the solution of Sm2O3 and Gd2o3 in ceria for the samples slut6red in the range of 1400 ℃~1550 ℃ is fine, but for the sample sintered at 1600 ℃, a new phase is formed accompanying by the reduction of lattice constants.
