国际技术贸易中技术价格的确定方法

随着知识经济的到来，国际贸易中技术贸易的分量日益增多．如何确定技术产品的价格，以促进技术贸易在国际贸易中的发展，是当前国际贸易中十分重要的问题．技术产品的价格制定的依据可分为供方和受方．供方希望技术产品的价格尽可能高些，，而受方则希望技术产品的价格低些．所以在实际操作中，往往采用折衷的方法．即取上下限之间的，双方能够接受的中间价格，作为技术产品交易的价格．本文对目前国际贸易中技术产品价格的制定原则即方法进行分析，在现有的计算方法基础上，提出一种简单的、切实可行的计算方法，以提高国际技术贸易谈判的合理性。
