摘要
目的:建立三七中总多糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法(DNS),测定三七中的还原糖和总糖的含量,并计算出总多糖的含量。结果:以葡萄糖为对照品,线性范围为0.117 6～0.313 6mg/3.5mL(r=0.999 2),平均加样回收率为98.87%,RSD为2.6%,三七中总多糖含量平均为9.45%。结论:本方法灵敏、稳定、重复性好,有助于三七质量控制方法的研究。
Objective：To establish a determination of the total polysaccharides in Panax notoginseng.Methods：Using DNS method to determine the polysaccharide content.Results：Contrast to glucose,the linear range was 0.117 6mg^0.313 6mg/3.5mL（r=0.999 2）,the average recovery was98.87%,RSD=2.6%.The average polysaccharides measured in samples was 9.45%.Conclusion：The method is sensitive,steady with good repeatability,and help to the quality control of Panax notoginseng.
