摘要
套结机类服装机械的凸轮,由于其传动机构复杂、精度要求高,在我国服装行业目前只能使用仿样测试的设计方法。本文采用集成凸轮设计与机构分析为一体的方法,实现并开发了这类凸轮机构凸轮设计的CAD系统。系统中各模块采用图形和数据双重输入与输出形式,保证了系统界面的友好,各模块通过数据文件相互通信,保证了系统设计的正确性和可靠性。
The cam of the bar tacking machinery could only be designed by imitation and measurement for its complicated mechanism and its high precision. This paper develops a CAD system of cam design for this cam linkage by using integrated analysis and synthesis in mechanism. The CAD system can be easily used because of applying both data and drawing in its input and output. The reliability of the CAD system is ensured because each program output is automatically checked by itself.
