平冲化瘀通络法治疗痛经30例

Ping Chong Jiangni,Huayu Tongluo Method for Treatment of Dysmenorrhoea of 30 Cases

目的:探讨平冲降逆、化瘀通络法治疗痛经(子宫内膜异位症)的临床效果。方法:对诊断为子宫内膜异位症有痛经症状的30例患者均采用口服内异症基本方。结果:临床痊愈13例,显效8例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对痛经疼痛程度评分的影响:治疗前平均评分(7.23±1.52)分,治疗后(2.28±2.49)分;结论:平冲降逆、化瘀通络法治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经症状疗效显著。

Objective：To study on the clinical results of Ping chong Jiangni,Huayu Tongluo method for treatment of dysmenorrhoea（endometriosis）.Methods：Endometriosis with dysmenorrhea symptoms of 30 patients all oral the basic decoction endometriosis.Results：clinical recovery 13 cases,markedly 8 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate 86.67%.On the impact of dysmenorrhea pain score：The average score before treatment（7.23±1.52）,the average score after treatment（2.28±2.49）;Conclusion：Ping chong Jiangni,Huayu Tongluo method to the treatment of Symptoms of endometriosis dysmenorrhea significant effect.
