文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症临床疗效对比

Venlafaxine and Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Depression Clinical Comparative Study

目的:比较文拉法辛和氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将2009年6月—2010年10月我院收治的62例抑郁症患者随机分为文拉法辛组和氟西汀组,并分别给予文拉法辛或氟西汀治疗,对比观察两组临床效果。结果:文拉法辛组治疗第1周起HAMD评分明显低于治疗前,且差异显著(P<0.01),氟西汀组治疗第3周起HAMD评分明显低于治疗前,且差异显著(P<0.01);文拉法辛组有效率为83.9%,氟西汀组有效率为80.6%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:文拉法辛治疗抑郁症比氟西汀起效快,但临床疗效相当,均可推广为临床一线用药。

Objective：To compare venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of clinical depression.Methods：June 2009~October 2010 in our hospital 62 patients with depression were randomly assigned to venlafaxine and fluoxetine group,and were given venlafaxine or fluoxetine treatment,comparative observation of two The clinical effect.Results：venlafaxine group 1 week of treatment HAMD scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and significant difference（P0.01）,the first 3 weeks of fluoxetine treatment group from the HAMD score was significantly lower than before treatment,and significant difference（P0.01）;venlafaxine group was 83.9% effective rate was 80.6% in the fluoxetine group,no significant difference between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Venlafaxine compared with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression with rapid onset,but the clinical Vefficacy equivalent to first-line treatment can be generalized to clinical.
