腹腔镜治疗30例精索静脉曲张患者疗效分析

30 Cases of Laparoscopic Treatment of Patients with Varicocele Effect

目的:观察分析腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:选取符合条件的30例精索静脉曲张患者,给予相应手术治疗,同时对所得数据进行观察分析。结果:术后精索静脉曲张消失占86.67%,明显缓解占13.33%,且随访后发现30例患者精液质量均得以明显改善,达100.00%。结论:腹腔镜下治疗精索静脉曲张是一种行之有效的手术治疗方案。

Objective：Laparoscopic observation and analysis of the effect of varicocele treatment.Methods：30 patients eligible patients with varicocele and surgical treatment given to the corresponding measures,while the data of observation and analysis.Results：The disappearance of varicocele after accounting for 86.67% and 13.33% was accounted for and ease the follow-up revealed that 30 patients were able to significantly improve sperm quality,up 100.00%.Conclusion：The laparoscopic treatment of varicocele is an effective surgical treatment.
