Clinical Analysis of 126 Cases with Resistant Hypertension

目的:分析研究126例顽固性高血压患者的临床资料,探讨本病病因。方法:本研究共选126例顽固性高血压患者,均符合JNCVI诊断标准,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:顽固性高血压病因很多,其中药物不合理应用最为常见。结论:发生顽固性高血压的病因复杂,应找出降压失败的真正原因,重视个体化治疗。

Objective：To study the etiology of the disease by analysising of 126 patients＇ with resistant hypertension clinical data.Methods：A total of 126 patients with resistant hypertension which were consistent with JNCVI diagnostic criteria were selected to retrospectively analyze their clinical data.Results：There were various of etiologies of resistant hypertension,and the most common was unreasonable application of drugs.Conclusion：The causes of resistant hypertension were complex,we should find out the real cause of failure of lowering blood pressure,and pay more attention to the individual treatment.
