摘要
目的:探讨甲氨喋呤治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠的临床价值。方法:对32例剖宫产后切口妊娠在B超监护下进行甲氨喋呤治疗。结果:32例患者均治疗成功,痊愈出院,有效率为100%。结论:甲氨喋呤保守治疗剖宫产后切口妊娠是一种安全、简便、疗效肯定的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：Methotrexate treatment of uterine incision after cesarean section pregnancy value.Methods：32 cases of cesarean section incision under the supervision of pregnancy carried out in the B-MTX treatment.Results：32 patients were treated by this method after a successful application was recovered,the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Conservative treatment with methotrexate pregnancy after cesarean section incision is a safe,simple,more effective treatment.
