摘要
研究了兰桉硫酸盐浆短程序TCFP 漂白中过氧乙酸(Pa) 漂白的主要影响因素和过氧乙酸对后续H2O2 漂白的活化效果.对于经氧脱木素的兰桉硫酸盐浆,过氧乙酸是有效的脱木素剂和漂白剂.纸浆经Pa 漂白后,能明显提高H2O2 漂白效果.采用TCF 二到三段漂白程序,可制备白度高于80 % SBD,粘度大于800 mL/g 的兰桉TCF 浆.
The main bleaching parameters including the charge of peracetic acid (Pa), time and pH etc. were investigated in a short-sequence TCF bleaching process of Eucalyptus kraft pulp. Peracetic acid is an effective delignification and also an effective bleaching agent for oxygen bleached Eucalyptus kraft pulp. Pretreated pulp with peracetic acid could get obvious effect in following hydrogen peroxide bleaching. In this study high brightness (>80%SBD) and high viscosity (>800 mL/g) of the pulp were obtained by two or three short-sequence TCF bleaching stages.
