摘要
运用灰色、马尔柯夫复合模型，在历史统计数据不完备的情况下，针对处于市场竞争时期的我国大中型企业进行未来素质结构需求分析，由此提出国有大中型企业素质结构的中短期预测方法并进行实证研究。其结果对现代企业的规范化运作具有重要的理论意义与实践意义。
The article makes an analysis of future quality structures through Grey-Markov Model on conditions that the historical statistical data are not sufficient.It then advances a short-and-medium-term forecasting technique for large-and-middle-sized state-owned enterprises and makes a positive study of it.Its result is of great theoretical and practical significance to the standarization of modern enterprises.
